Overview

Mesa del Sol is a 16,000-acre master planned community that is designed to be a sustainable, walkable, socially vibrant community. Homes range from 1,200 to 2,700 square feet. The centerpiece of the community is an environmentally-friendly building with shops, restaurants and office space. Varying sizes of home lots are featured in this master-planned community of “Build Green” homes on Albuquerque’s southeast mesa.
